Brief Biography:
Dr Matteo Politi is a graduate in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and holds a doctorate in Natural Products, with specialisations in Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine. He has work experience in the private and public sectors, including for-profit and not-for-profit institutions, and as a freelancer. He has carried out scientific research in advanced laboratories, as well as ethnobotanical fieldwork, and has authored scientific and popular publications and presented at conferences.
He has experience as a teacher in public universities and private schools, as a facilitator of educational workshops and experiential activities, and as a private counsellor in natural health. He has had several deep ecology experiences that have profoundly affected his personal growth, broadening his interests to encompass traditional medicine and health ecology.
